August 12th, 2009 — crazygamers I know most gamers are not always a fan of Gamestop, mostly due to the trade credit that we receive when we trade in games to the store. On the flip-side however, the pre-order bonuses that you get with the game have been picking up speed, in my opinion. Especially when you consider the new games that they are putting out like WET, for example, that drops in price from $60 to $50 when pre-ordered, or the new Dragon Age: Orgins game that gives you in-game items from the day you take game home that will improve your experience.
 Most of the items you receive are useless like action figures or posters, yet every now and then the special editions of games come with items that most may find useless like a Halo 3 cat helmet or NVG in MW2, ( I am getting the Prestige edition though because Dakman and I have plans for that) but these aren’t included in pre-order bonuses. I feel that if most of the pre-orders start giving out these bonuses that improve your gameplay experience then I am all for it, but how many people actually look forward to all of the extra plastic crap that you may have lying around with all the plastic instruments that we are getting thrown at us?
